Proverbs 29:18 KJV Throughout the finance course, keep in mind that while being a teenager it's easy to only see what's right in front of you when it comes to money. The latest in accessories, cd's, games, food, clothes...getting that hair done or getting to the biggest concert of the year! When someone has vision for where they are going, it's a whole lot easier to be disciplined with what's right in front of them. A great phrase for that is, "delayed gratification"! Not HAVING to have the latest in stuff now, so that you can enjoy the bigger things later. As always, tithes are FIRST and according to Matthew 6:33 (look it up), if you seek HIM first and HIS Kingdom then all the STUFF will come in...doesn't make sense to how we live today, but if you try it out..it's amazing what will start showing up! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
